DOGS

One visit daily - $15

Two visits daily - $30

Three visits daily - $40

CATS

$15 per visit

$2 each additional cat

Visits occur between the hours of 7 AM and 10 PM.

Each visit includes fresh water, food, administration of medications, litter box scoops or changes, *house sitting services, potty breaks, walks, play time, exercise, brushing, constant attention and love.

*House services may include bringing in newspapers/mail, rotating lights, raising and lowering blinds/draperies, watering plants, taking garbage to the curb on designated trash day and bringing can back in, filling bird feeders, and securing the home at all times.

Avian Care

Birds are very special creatures that require a different approach in home care. This may include extended visits or an overnight stay. A standard avian visit includes: cleaning cages, providing fresh food (veggies, fruit, pellets, seed) and fresh water, suppliments, misting or bathing, putting to bed in roosting cage, covering/uncovering cages, and LOT N LOTS of attention! Most instructions will be individualized for each bird.

$15 for small birds (30 minutes)

$16 for large birds (30 minutes)

$20 for all birds (45 minutes)

$24 for all birds (60 minutes)

Small Caged Animals

Caged animals also require specialized feeding plans, cage procedures, and exercise/ play time schedules. These will be discussed in detail at the time of the initial consultation.

Rabbits and Ferrets

$12 per visit

Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Gerbils, Mice, Chinchillas, Suger Gliders, etc...

$12 per day

Reptiles

$12 per day

Overnight House Sitting

$50 per day

$6 each additional dog

Overnight housesitting allows your home to have day and night security. Pet routines remain unchanged and lonliness is alleviated. The house continues to look lived in and deters outside invasion while you are away.

An overnight stay inludes:

-AM, Mid-Day, and PM care

- Fresh food and water

- Administration of medicine

- Walks and potty breaks

- Playtime and attention

- Change litterboxes / Scoop yard

- Bring in mail / newspapers

- Rotate lights

- Pull blinds and draperies

- Water plants

- Fill bird feeders

- Put out trash on designated day

- Home security

Payment Information

A gas fee will be charged for all clients based on travel distance and current gas prices. This cost may fluctuate as gas prices fluctuate. This cost will be determined at the initial consultation and will not change during contracted dates.

Payment and Key pickup is expected at initial visit unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional charges ($8) may be assessed to pickup or drop off a key at a different time.

Cash and personal checks are accepted. A charge of $25 will be assessed for each returned check.

Sales taxes have been figured into the rates of all services.

Petatopia Petsitting Services reserves the right to assess a $25 charge for any petsitting cancellation made within 24 hours of starting date.

Petatopia Petsitting Services also reserves the right to determine all fees and rates may be subject to change with reasonable notice as business demands increase.
